It was pilot meet and greet at Houston HQ. They reached out individually to invite people online and about 40-45 pilots showed up. Started with quick intro about the company, where the company is going, future plans. They stressed out that if you are to be hired - you will get either HVN or ILG as a base. A group of about 30-40 pilots were invited down to Houston for a meet and greet with various important higher-ups in the company. They pulled us into the room a couple at a time to talk one on one. The Interview was a relaxed experience, I had to read a metar, I didn't know two things Hal was nice and he told me what they were.
