There was a two part interview with a written exam. The first "interview" was a 20 minute phone screening that was very basic just to verify that you are a pilot. The written exam was also very simple. If you have a commercial/instrument rating it wont be an issue, you might study up on jeppesen plates beforehand. The final interview was with one of the director of Ops. The chief pilot was unable to attend. There weren't any technical questions. It was very straight forward of him...

Hey guys, just like all the previous post prior to my, they are all spot on. I did my HR interview with Madam Patricia, who is welcoming and down to earth. Honestly talking to her I provided a lot of the information not realizing they she had not started the interview yet. The questions as mentioned that are asked are about your flight time, accidents, incidents, FAA violations and reasons for wanting to fly for Silver. The only informative perspective I can provide, are sure you do some...

Same as everyone else. There's a written test that's pretty basic. It will tell you what you scored when you're done. Screener interview first, then you'll get sent the test and schedule your main interview. My interview only included the Chief pilot (everyone else was busy). I was called 8 days later to be offered the...

Very laid back.  Took a written test with basic IFR and VFR questions and Jepp plate questions it is timed but not super difficult.  Was given a phone interview to go over resume and then a teams interview.  Very personable just be yourself and answer some questions that they can get to see who you are and how you would think with some general situations.  Super excited to be part of this organization.  If you have been thinking them don’t...

I just had the phone screening portion which was very basic things. The HR representative just spoke about the company and its benefits of working there and then they just asked basic questions about yourself. (view the study guide of this website). Very laid back conversation zero stress. Great overall...

Submitted my application and resume on Silver website and was contacted for an HR phone screening the next day. Phone screening was a basic resume review and they told me about the company. At the end of the screening we scheduled an interview for a few weeks later due to the holiday season. In the meantime I was emailed instructions for documents to submit and an online knowledge test. The test was mostly basic IFR and VFR questions. I scored a ?. Interview was very laid back and easy...

The interview process was just as described on this page. It started with a phone screening with an HR representative to determine if you meet the requirements and why Silver. It was very pleasant, and I got scheduled for an interview a week later. Between the phone screening and interview, you also have to complete a simple 45-question quiz on VFR/IFR operations. The interview was conducted by a senior pilot and an HR representative. It was very laid back and they made me feel at ease...

Very great experience. First HR person calls you with information about the company, and then you immediately schedule an interview with them for next week. Before the interview you must complete an online written exam. 45 minutes for 40 questions. basic JEPP chart, IAS flap speed definition, 91 rules, ETC. brush up on general IFR and VFR knowledge if rusty. Interview was with the director of Ops and Chief Pilot. The two of them told me that it would probably be the least stressful interview...

It was the same process as the other interviews. Phone interview with recruiter. Then set up a date a week later for the virtual interview. I also completed the knowledge test a few days before the virtual interview. This interview was with the chief pilot, director of ops and another FO. However, only the chief pilot asked questions. It was a very relaxed interview and everyone was really friendly. Questions: tmaat difficult crew member, wwyd if your favorite Capt, that you enjoy flying...

The interview process for the pilot position began with a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter reviewed the job requirements and provided information about the position, including pay, training, and bonuses. A few days later, I had a video interview on Teams with the Chief Pilot. The interview was very relaxed and more like a conversation. The Chief Pilot was very nice and did not ask any technical questions. The questions were all HR-related and TMAAT questions. Another person...
