Interview was via teams and was scheduled for 30 minutes. There was an HR lady, Chief pilot Assistant Chief pilot and Director of Flight Training. The interview was via Microsoft Meetings at 1430 two days ago. Present was the lady from HR and the director of training . They asked to tell me a brief history of my flying career. The HR lady asked questions about CRM and to give her examples of how I have used it. Pretty easy question . She turned it over to the Director of Training and he had no questions.
