Pretty straigh forwarded. First day- medical very easy 8 oclock they pick u up at the hotel you must fasting for collecting blood . X-ray, ECG, audition test, eyes test. All very simple no stress at all. You go for lunch and come back in the afternoon to see the doctor and issue your medical license. Next day they pick u up at 8 am to the flight operations. This is my first time trying to be pilot at Ethiopia airlines. Since this interview is my first time here I was full in the impression even my heart beats a lot than ever had before. The HR started asking questions. You have to convince the HR interviewer to accept you as you completely fill what the are looking. Therefore, Don't underestimate your idea to be not pilot. You have generate great ideas and make HR to accept you. DON'T FORGET TO ANSWER ONLY QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE INTERVIEW....
