Very personable. I dressed with a suit and tie for the meeting on Teams. They did it in two parts. Technical first -Read up on TAF’s and Metars. Expect unusual codes, I stumbled a bit however did okay enough. Approach plate briefing , brief as in a crew environment. Started with HR portion which was pretty much all the questions on this website. Asked me about what makes good customer service as a Pilot. Then moved on to the easiest technical I have experienced. I was asked very few questions mainly pertaining to weather reporting and Instrument charts specific to Jeppesen. Interview was mostly personal. Was with an HR person and the CP. Both were friendly and professional. The only technical part was reading a Jepp Chart (basic) and a Metar and TAF (nothing unique).
