Phone screening was a laid back experience. Standard questions asked, flight time, any accidents, any training failures, tell me why you like to fly. Three days later received a call to schedule the in person interview. Endeavor scheduled the flight and hotel. They provided an email with detailed directions for everything. I arrived the day before the interview, shuttle to the hotel was easy and the ride was about 10 minutes. Hotel was nice. I took the 0700 shuttle to the interview building. It was less than 10 minutes hotel to interview building. 0730 myself and the three other candidates were taken to a waiting room where we dropped our luggage. Next we were brought to a conference room where we would receive a brief about the company. Our log books and other documents were collected for review. Two first officers came in to provide the slide show brief. Brief covered everything about the company history, operations, pay, benefits, pathway to Captain, etc. Good brief which answered many questions. Brief lasted about 45 minutes. After the brief we...

Much like all the other reviews the interview was a great experience overall. The flight and hotel were exactly as others stated. The morning of I showed to the lobby approximately 10 minutes early for the 7:15 shuttle. The Captain that was in my interview showed up in the lobby as well as the first officer that would later give me the brief on the company. Standard pleasantries were exchanged but they didn't seem to open to conversation and it seemed that they were under some guidance to... -

My interview was on my college campus in a conference room the day after a career fair. My interview was scheduled for 8:30am and I got there about 30 minutes early. Right at 8:30 two pilots and an HR rep came out and took my documents and looked over them for about 15 minutes then called me in and started off with the HR questions. They asked me HR type questions, Then they moved into the rapid fire technical questions. (view the study guide of this website). I also had to brief... -

Good experience. The day of interview I took the 715 shuttle to the Endeavor building. Started with a presentation about the company from two first officers while they were looking at the logbooks. After the presentation we sat in a room before it was time for the interview. Once the interview portion started they asked about prior work experience, typical HR questions, tell me about a time when… The next portion was about 10 technical questions ranging from weather and gps questions.... -

My overall experience was great. The Endeavor team is extremely accommodating and friendly to deal with. They will fly you in the night before and schedule you on the 7:15am bus from the hotel the morning of the interview. Be aware, they have FOs that work for the recruitment department staying in the same hotel as you. Study the gouge/questions and you'll be very prepared for the interview. The logbook audit is pretty quick, they just want to know about your failures and what you learned... -

I was flown into Minneapolis for my Endeavor interview and stayed at a hotel, conveniently located next to Mall of America. My overall experience was fantastic. Everyone was incredibly friendly, from the hotel staff to the shuttle driver, and I made sure to express my appreciation along the way. The company rescheduled my interview to the afternoon, which worked well for me, giving me time to relax, enjoy the free breakfast at the hotel, and prepare. The shuttle took me to the Delta... -

Overall I felt very prepared for the interview. The process was pretty straight forward. Once I got the interview invite I was sent an email with lodging and flight expectations along with all the required documents for the interview. I was given a flight out of the airport closest to my house and arrived around 6pm the night prior at Minneapolis St. Paul Airport. I was given a room at the hotel near the Mall of America. Make sure to call the hotel prior to your arrival to schedule the... -

Great experience from initial call to exiting the facility. Interviewers were very professional & comfortable to talk in front of. Questions came right out of the AviationInterviews question bank: speed under a Class B, what cause all weather, what conditions are favorable to experiencing wake turbulence on takeoff, brief an approach plate (remember to ask if they have any questions), tell me about a time you had to disappoint a passenger, dutch roll & describe a turbine... -

Great experience during Endeavor interview. They offered to fly me to town but I live near Minneapolis so I drove. Endeavor made a hotel reservation right next to Mall of America (if that's your thing). Although hotel offered shuttle to Endeavor, I drove myself to interview (easy drive from hotel). There were three of us who were interviewing. After getting checked in by security, we waited for a short time before being brought back to conference room where we turned in all required... -

Very straightforward, read the study guide and you will be fine. Started off with reviewing work history and HR questions. Make sure you know how to respond using STAR format. Got a metar and TAF to read, know if you need an alternate based off of that. I had a brief a LDA approach that is no longer in service out of JFK. Go slow during the brief, I got the sense they wanted more information that what I said. 10 rapid fire questions that were across the board from private pilot...
