Phone screening was a laid back experience. Standard questions asked, flight time, any accidents, any training failures, tell me why you like to fly. Three days later received a call to schedule the in person interview. Endeavor scheduled the flight and hotel. They provided an email with detailed directions for everything. I arrived the day before the interview, shuttle to the hotel was easy and the ride was about 10 minutes. Hotel was nice. I took the 0700 shuttle to the interview building. It was less than 10 minutes hotel to interview building. 0730 myself and the three other candidates were taken to a waiting room where we dropped our luggage. Next we were brought to a conference room where we would receive a brief about the company. Our log books and other documents were collected for review. Two first officers came in to provide the slide show brief. Just like everyone else mentioned, you stay in a hotel the night before. Shuttle was at 7:45 to go to the Delta/Endeavor building. There was just 2 of us that day for interviews. There was a presentation in the beginning that lasted about 30 min. After that we did interviews. Interview went about as normal. 3 questions of TMAAT, WWYD. Flew in to Minneapolis the night before. Got on the wrong bus as there was a flight attendant hiring event at the same building, but earlier and many of those applicants were staying at the hotel too. It just meant I got there about 40 minutes early. Checked in and waited for the rest of the pilot interviewees to show on the later bus. It arrived around 8AM. Interview went really well, started off the interview by them going over my logbooks and all my legal documents. I was then asked to come back in the conference room where they introduced themselves. Interview was held at my university with a HR rep and a FO. First part was pretty standard with tell me about yourself and TMAAT questions. After the HR were the technical questions. This was an interview for a direct entry captain position. Like all of the other posts on here, they fly you in the day before, put you up in a hotel, and shuttle you over to the interview building in the morning. You sit through a company presentation by a first officer who answers any questions you have. They take all your documents and logbooks, then send you back out front to wait. Interview process went as advertised by everyone else: Fly in the day before, Stayed at a hotel at Mall of America, Van time of 0715, 10 minute ride to the facility. Very positive experience. 715 shuttle, company brief given by interviewing FO, welcomed, shown restrooms, water/etc, they will review your logbook & docs during the intro. Was flown in the day before and stayed at a hotel near the Mall of America. The next morning took the 7:15 shuttle to the office building. Was greeted by someone from HR and brought to a conference room where she told us how the day would go, then collected the documents that were asked for in the email.
