Phone screening was a laid back experience. Standard questions asked, flight time, any accidents, any training failures, tell me why you like to fly. Three days later received a call to schedule the in person interview. Endeavor scheduled the flight and hotel. They provided an email with detailed directions for everything. I arrived the day before the interview, shuttle to the hotel was easy and the ride was about 10 minutes. Hotel was nice. I took the 0700 shuttle to the interview building. It was less than 10 minutes hotel to interview building. 0730 myself and the three other candidates were taken to a waiting room where we dropped our luggage. Next we were brought to a conference room where we would receive a brief about the company. Our log books and other documents were collected for review. Two first officers came in to provide the slide show brief. Brief covered everything about the company history, operations, pay, benefits, pathway to Captain, etc. Good brief which answered many questions. Brief lasted about 45 minutes. After the brief we...

Interview process went as advertised by everyone else: Fly in the day before, Stayed at a hotel at Mall of America, Van time of 0715, 10 minute ride to the facility. Gave ID to security to receive a "Visitor's badge," which was just a sticker. Started off by giving all required documents and logbooks to someone for review, followed by a 30 minute presentation about the company and culture, which was presented by two FOs. After this, myself and the other candidate were taken to... -

Was flown in the day before and stayed at a hotel near the Mall of America. The next morning took the 7:15 shuttle to the office building. Was greeted by someone from HR and brought to a conference room where she told us how the day would go, then collected the documents that were asked for in the email. Make sure you are organized with your document and your logbook is in a neat order. After that we were given a 30 minute presentation on the company and some of the benefits. We then were... -

Great Experience! Flown in the night before and stayed by the Mall of America. Shuttled to the interview around 7:15. Started off with a presentation of the company and then we were interviewed individually. Interview lasted around an hour. Everything was straight forward and nothing tricky. Everything was spot on from the study guide. I’m looking forward to working for this great... -

Endeavor Povided a hotel by the mall of America we met in the lobby at 7:30 AM. Rode a shuttle with the actual interview team. It wasn’t clear at that point but when we got there, they started collecting our items logbook and I’ll require documentation. They gave a quick brief about Endeavor and their training process. Then they had myself in the two other individuals sit out front in the waiting area, then proceeded to pull us back one by one to interview us. The interview was... -

I took the hotel shuttle directly to the Delta complex at 7:15 AM. An HR employee greeted me and took me to a room where they collected my documents and logbook for review. I waited in the room for about 30 minutes. Then, someone came to get me, and I had an interview with an HR representative and a pilot. They checked some information from my logbook and then started the TMAT (Tell Me About a Time) questions. There were three questions, and then we moved on to technical questions. The... -

As the others have stated. Pretty straightforward with logbook review, tell me about yourself, TMAAT, 12 rapid fire technical, and brief approach and TAF/METAR. Looks like they are trying to grow back to 2000 pilots from the 1500 they currently have. Looking very optimistic as far as growth and job security. Great... -

Started off with taking my logbook, Took about 20 minutes going through it, some questions on it like wheres your multi time, some tips about e logbook etc. HR questions were asked, nothing thats not here on the website, Capt is high and fast type. Technical questions probably 10, zero fuel weight, stall speed with altitude. Lastly an approach ILS Burlington VT, brief it, they had taf and metar asked me read, printed with specific alternate and asked if we need an... -

This website prepared me very very for the interview. Phone screening was very cordial, less than 20 minutes of a phone call. Offered on-site interview, due to work commitments & still being active duty Military, I needed to delay the in-person interview for about 4 weeks from the phone interview date. No problems from them & they accommodated the request. Received email details for in person interview & requirements. Initially felt like I needed to have a lot of paperwork &... -

First portion of the interview was 10 or so rapid fire questions, (view the study guide of this website). The study guide was good prep. After that was the HR portion with a few TMAAT questions; TMAAT you had to make a connection with someone and how you did it? Has that ever not worked for you? Again, the study guide was good prep. Last portion was briefing the RNAV into JFK. A few general questions at the end, what's the MSA, what's the FAF, mins, mins with ALS inop, and what are...
