Simulator easy, straight forward. It is the panel interview that failed most people. Totally 7 candidates on the day at beginning. 5 passed the sim. Then on the 2nd day, out of the 5 only 2 passed the panel interview. The panel interview included a large number of HR question and technical question, very in depth. Applied end of last year. Heard back after a week to apply for the A321 direct entry. (A320 Type rated already 200 hours but last flight 6 months ago). Resubmitted on beginning of this year and invited for an initial interview a week later and scheduled for the end of  the month. Everyone was really friendly, the sim was exactly as sent in the profile and if you practice regularly beforehand will be easy. The interview they asked a few technical ATPL style questions and also questions related to my current aircraft and procedures. Mostly HR style questions though.
