The interview experience was nerve wracking, but good at the same time. After I scheduled my interview, I was on a Zoom meeting with a retired ATP and a recruiter. As the interview started, both of them were really warm and trying to get my nerves out. They pointed out my previous job as a server and started asking questions about, and debating that the chips and salsa were the best thing ever. After that it was more HR questions, (view the study guide of this website)....

Same experience as everyone else. Took about a month after application to hear back. Then received a series of tasks to complete. Final interview was with an HR representative and a Chief Pilot. It was a teams video call, only lasted thirty minutes. All TMAAT style questions and questions relating to Breeze. They want to know that you are bought into the company. Have answers prepared from the questions you see here and be yourself. Overall was a very calm environment, we were all laughing... -

Very similar to other listed in here. Overall process took about 2 months and Breeze recruitment team send updates informing you of what's next and when. Initial self recorded virtual interview where the system presents a recorded video question, you get about 30seconds to think of your answer, and then a self recording start where you have about 2-3 minutes to record your answer. Live virtual interview was a month or so later with two great people, both retired AA employees; a former CPT... -

Interview experience was pretty on par with how other posts have described it. In total, this was about a 2 month process. First, application. Second, filled out a general questionnaire about experience. Third, asked to do two online assessments, one was a logic test, the other a personality test. Fourth, asked to complete a prerecorded interview. There were about 3-4 questions, all of which you can be prepared for by reviewing the study guide on this website. They give you about 30 seconds...
