Interview was very straight forward. I was asked simple HR questions. I was asked the classic question about seeing your captain at a bar drinking the night before your flight. Other than that I was asked about my flying experience and why I want to work with Aloha. We ended up skipping the technical portion and not needing to do... -

The previous gouge was spot on. I was impressed with how personable and open the interview was. I suggest to read through the interview questions in the study guide, practice the JEPP app for OGG ILS 02 and don't sweat the sim. I did not know anyone in the company before applying. There were no stump the chump questions...

After a conversation about the origins of the company and its benefits, I was asked more H/R questions than technical questions. (view the study guide of this website). Table top simulator evaluation flying the ILS into PHOG in a Baron. I was offered a position after the evaluation and was able to choose a class date. (1 offered each...

Scenario of captain descending below minimums was a two part, one descending below minimums, airport not in sight, captain not responding, and two you’re below minimums runway comes into sight and captain lands. Also be prepared to brief a Jepp...

My interview was completed entirely by phone by the Director of Operations, HR rep, and a 737 Captain. The questions asked were exactly those reported on previous reports on AviationInterviews.com. (view the study guide of this...

The info on this website is spot on, looks like a great company - very happy with the interview experience. The HR is fairly well scripted and the sim exercise is a desktop sim as previously described. (view the sim/scenario section of this...

The interview was pretty short and to the point. I was contacted for an interview about 8 weeks after submitting my resume online asking if I was still interested in the position, and asking additional questions (which were not part of their application, but were for other companies I applied for). For the interview, I was informed it would take about 2 hours (though it actually took just over 1 hr), and that I should bring in my logbooks. They didn't actually look at my logbooks during...

Sent in my app during the open window. Got email about 8 weeks with pre-interview questions. Asked if I could be available for July class if hired. HR basic questions. Week later got offer for interview. Let me pick the prefered date. You have to get yourself out to HNL for interview and hotel is also on you. Interview was very laid back, everyone was very nice. Met with CP, Directory of Safety and HR lady and Dir of Ops. They told me about the company and the...
