The day started off with an early morning Teams briefing covering the company and it's future. Most of your questions will be covered by the briefing and if not they will answer them at the end of the briefing. My interview was scheduled over Teams for about 3 hours later. I had a Captain and a First Officer that conducted my interview. It was a very relaxed environment. The first 10-15 minutes...

This was for the Allegiant Accelerate Pilot Pathway Program. It was super easy all you need to apply is to be apart of one of their 141 partnership schools and have at least your instrument rating. It was a one way AI interview that consisted of just a couple questions. The first question being why you want to work with Allegiant. The second being a brief summary of your flight training. Then any check ride failures and the explanation behind it. Your long term goals in your aviation career.... -

Attended a meet and greet/in-person interview at their Sanford, FL training center. Started off with a small presentation over the company and then a small tour of the training center. After that, those of us with scheduled in person interviews were taken to a seperate room where they had gone over our documents and logbooks. One by one we were called into a room and I interviewed with 2 pilots. They use a form to review your application and your background. As they ask you background... -

Attended the meet and greet in SFB. About 30 total people were in my session and about 6 of us had interviews already scheduled. First hour was a company presentation followed by a tour of the facility. Those with interviews were taken to a separate room for log book review and then pulled to an interview room one at a time. I was interviewed by two current pilots at Allegiant. Interview was very laid back and seemed personality focused. They definitely want to see if you plan to stay at the... -

The day started at a Meet and Greet in SFB. Had a great time listening to a company presentation and then a touring the facility. I was identified as someone they wanted to interview prior to showing up and after the tour was directed to a waiting room for logbook review and then a short interview by two current pilots at Allegiant. Everyone was very friendly and it was easy to feel right at home. The interview seemed to be focused on personality and some critical thinking skills. Was asked... -

Started there day with an hour long intro about the company it was a zoom call. Interview was an hour later, started with yes or no questions for 5-10 min, then checkride failure explanations. What qualities make a good pilot? Then talked through resume, and was asked about my flying jobs and how I built my time to get here. Why Allegiant? Why not go to another airline once you get your type? Then went into 3 scenario questions which were the same as on the study guide. Interview took an... -

Top 4 bases and know the regional airport name (not just Orlando + it's Sanford). (view the study guide of this website). They're pretty aggressive, it's a weird feeling in the interview. Very much trying to make sure you're there to stay and not just using them for the type rating and jumping... -

Very laid back and straightforward. The study guide was helpful and similar questions were asked. Lasted about 40 minutes. Use those study guide questions to prepare and practice answering out loud with someone. Within 24 hours I was offered the job. Will be assigned a plane in... -

My interview was an exit interview from the accelerate program. It was very laid back. Started with the hour long presentation about the company. After the presentation I had the 1 on 1 interview and it started with normal questions like checkride failures, stage check failures, accidents, etc. following that they questioned me about why I wanted to work for Allegiant, what my supervisors would say about me if they asked, and some questions about my interview. Then they took me through a... -

It was as expected from the study questions. Mostly questions about what I would say to a captain who wanted me to fly with INOP equipment or wanting me to ignore certain regs. I had the question "what would I do if I was offered a nonflying job with the expectation of a class date while also having a job offer for a regional?" I answered with what I would actually do not the answer they wanted to hear and I would suggest doing the same. The interviewers were nice and the whole...
