It was as expected from the study questions. Mostly questions about what I would say to a captain who wanted me to fly with INOP equipment or wanting me to ignore certain regs. The day started off with an early morning Teams briefing covering the company and it's future. Most of your questions will be covered by the briefing and if not they will answer them at the end of the briefing. My interview was scheduled over Teams for about 3 hours later. Day started with a “live broadcast” with the recruiting team and all the applicants for the day. Lasted about an hr they went over the company talked about medical benefits, pay, training schedule, etc. after that everyone signs off then you join back by yourself at the scheduled time your interview is.
