Applied, heard back about a month later, was scheduled to fly out for an in-person interview the following month. They pay for your flight and one night for a local hotel (I was in Cambria). The flights come in late, so I recommend buying a hotel night and arriving a day early, plus you can relax at the Mall of America. On the interview day, you sign in and get a temp badge. Photo and fingerprints to follow. They'll bring you into a room and give you a slideshow about the company, its history and future. Afterwards, you'll be put in the breakroom where you'll wait with the other applicants. I did the...

Overall was a great experience. All they are looking for is would they want to sit with you on a trip. They flew me out and put me up in a hotel. Everything is paid for. Overall travel experience was awesome. Show up 15 mins before the scheduled interview and you’ll be greeted by the front desk. You’ll do finger printing and get your picture taken. Then you are taken in a room with the other people interviewing and be given a company presentation by Michaela. Every single worker... -

Arrived 15 min early as the instructions stated. Went over some paperwork stuff. There were 2 other candidates there with me. Then it was my turn for the interview. It was super laid back and there were no questions that aren’t from here. If you study the guide on here, you’ll be just fine. Then did the cog test. It was pretty weird but I’m not sure how important it is. They said they will let me know how it went on Monday. It was a very positive... -

Arrived at 0745 per the email instructions to be 15 minutes early. Checked in at the front desk and had to provide 2 government ID’s. Was then fingerprinted shortly thereafter. Someone from the HR department greeted me and the one other applicant and took our logbooks for review. Another person then gave us a tour of the building. After the tour they had one of us do the cog test and the other do the interview. I interviewed first and did the cog test afterwards. Questions asked... -

I submitted an application with them as soon as I got my multi but didn’t hear back until I got the restriction off my ATP. I was the only interviewee during my time slot but it sounds like they try to pair you up and my partner had something come up. I was finger printed and got my photo taken as soon as I got there and got a one on one presentation about the company. Next was the actual interview with two retired pilots, one from Delta and one from Sun Country. Very laid back and... -

Be on time and prepared. Paperwork and company photo. PowerPoint about the company. Walk around headquarters. Interview was about 1 hour. Cognitive test. Debrief. Go home. Hear back in about 1-2 weeks. It was overall a great experience and the people of SY are helpful and understanding, caring individuals. They are very accommodating with the hotel and shuttle service but make sure to print all the documents they are looking for, also have log book... -

Follows the process like everyone else has described. People say there’s no way to prepare for the cog test, but if you use Lumosity for the memory and flexibility games the test will feel familiar. If you study the study guide for the technical portion of the interview you have nothing to worry... -

Pretty straight forward process. Day of interview they tell you about the company and show you around headquarters. You do a face to face interview with two people and complete a computer based cognitive test. At the end they tell you what to expect in the next week. Everything is based off of a point system. They add up points you get from your resume, the interview and the cognitive test to decide if you get the job or... -

It was exactly how others have expierenced for the bridge program FO interview. You do a cognitive test and then roughly an hour and a half long interview and they followed the study guide and incorporated some more CRM scenarios such as a hostile passenger, what to do if turbulence is at your assigned altitdude and cant bring more fuel. I was also asked to teach class B... -

Interview consisted of a HR company presentation about pay, aircrafts, types of flying and company outlook. I was the only applicant that day, but normally a small group of potential candidates are there. The technical/hr interview was conducted by two retired airline pilots. The HR portion consisted of general questions, (view the study guide of this website). Super laid back interview and more of a conversation and a get to know you kind of deal. A few TMAAT questions. Technical...
