Phone interview was very straightforward. Tell me about your flying career, why do you want to leave 121, why Netjets, and a few basic TMAAT questions. Was invited to Columbus for the in person scheduled about 2 weeks after the virtual interview. Everything followed this website pretty well. Phone call/MS teams interview. For my case I was offered the in person interview on the spot. I hear some people wait a few days after the teams call to get invited or get declined so don't sweat it if you don't get invited during the teams interview. Submitted my resume and received a call back the next day. Scheduled a Teams interview for the following week. The interviewer was nice. A few questions about my logbook.
