I am a recent graduate from 141 college with a degree in aviation. I have experience in Hawker 800XP and Citation Latitude, both typed as PIC through a Center. I do not have the CTP completed nor the written but have them scheduled for after the interview. Teams interview is very straightforward, I know it's been said but everything on here is accurate. The interviewer is quick paced and polite. There's no reason to be nervous as it's all personality based. Lots of TMAAT and zero technical. There seemed to be an emphasis on why us, what is CRM and what is safety questions. Previously Stated Phone Interview. In person interview: overall great experience. Show up the day before, be sure to meet with your sim partner to go over the sim packet. Next day you go to HQ.
