  • The video interview was pretty standard. All the Yes/No Qs. Asked about how I build in customer service each day/ TMAAT you gave good customer service... I can't remember which one of those questions it was, but I had the same answer for both. Also asked how do I prepare for a flight the night before... things you'll find on the study guide. I wore a suit and made the best impression I could. Interviewer said it was important to exercise good emotional intelligence with the Owners. Be very dialed in when it comes to understanding people and 'reading the room'. You can demonstrate this on the video call as you interact with the interviewer. I think this part of the interview is very important because... Most people who are...

I submitted my application and was invited to schedule a Teams interview the next day. It was very relaxed and followed all of the other reviews here described below. TMAAT questions. Why NJ, why you want to leave current job, etc. a bunch of yes/no questions including checkride failures. I was invited at the end to end a hiring event in Columbus. The hiring event was not at NJ headquarters because they are renovating, but it was a very nice day, and VERY laid back. If you’re...

Interview was just as described on AviationInterviews. Short 20 minute Zoom call. I had current pilot referrals. There was no contact with my referrals from the company. Why NetJets? Tell about a time when you gave great customer service. Do you have applications elsewhere? I think this is what resulted in a no. Heard back the following Monday by...

Exactly like all the other reviews on here say, very laid back and one on one with HR rep. Tell me about your flying career (did my TMAY starting with getting my pilot slot) Why NJ Excellent Customer Service example How would you ensure a safety culture at NJ TMAAT difficult issue you and how you resolved it (told an EP story) Then bunch of yes or no questions. Only last 20 mins. Waiting to hear back about part...

Phone interview was very straightforward. Tell me about your flying career, why do you want to leave 121, why Netjets, and a few basic TMAAT questions. Was invited to Columbus for the in person scheduled about 2 weeks after the virtual interview. My sim partner and I were assigned the Global for the sim eval, however once we arrived we were switched into the Latitude FTD. If this happens just stick to the callouts you studied and it will be fine. Flight was EWR5, steep turns 180 degrees each...

Be prepared for the sim evaluation, especially if this will be your first time flying a Jet! I originally submitted my application early Fall after completing my atp written. After hearing nothing for 3 weeks, I resubmitted and was invited to an teams interview less than an hour after resubmitting it the last week of Fall. (I heard through the grapevine that they cleared the application backlog around that point). I scheduled my teams interview 3 weeks out from the invite.  The teams...

Review the information on AviationInterviews.com; you will have enough to know what to expect throughout the process. My experience..... I applied twice before this and received the automated TBNT. Following the two rejection emails, I got my ATP and reapplied. This earned an invite for a phone interview, which arrived in my inbox the next day. The video Teams call was structured and professional (wear a suit), with a welcoming tone. We reviewed eligibility (logbook...

Everything followed this website pretty well. Phone call/MS teams interview. For my case I was offered the in person interview on the spot. I hear some people wait a few days after the teams call to get invited or get declined so don't sweat it if you don't get invited during the teams interview. My sim partner and I met the night before for dinner to chat, hangout, practice and ask each other questions. In person interview was simulator evaluation first. The 14 months of 135 experience I...

Teams Interview (view the study guide of this website).  How did you get into aviation?  TMMAT when you used CRM.  Tell me how you ensure safety. Where did you get your certificates?  What is your total time?  What is your multi time?  Do you have any incidents or accidents on your record?  Do you have any issues with getting into Canada or any DUIs on your record?  What do you know about...

Submitted my resume and received a call back the next day. Scheduled a Teams interview for the following week. The interviewer was nice. A few questions about my logbook. Questions about what do I think safety is or what do I think great customer service is. Then the usual, any checkride failures, incidents, etc. I have a tailstrike on my record from flight instructing. A student bopped the tail on the ground. No damage. She said it would take several weeks longer for them to look into it...
