Most question were HR related. Think on what separate's you from other applicants and be prepared to explain. Make sure you're comfortable on instrument knowledge, and scanning in a 6-pack. I think in general its best to be open about your proficiency. Also, have a list questions that you want to ask in regards to the...

One of the guy who was in ATP written calls referred me for this job . I emailed the recruiter and he got back with me in 2-3 weeks . First I had an interview over the phone with the recruiter. It was in detail and then after 5 days I had second zoom interview with chief of pilot / safety officer and the recruiter. They asked me to brief an approach plate and asked me some technical and general questions .interview was 30 minutes long . Questions were easy . They were all laid back and...

The phone call started with qualifying questions about any past accidents, arrests, etc. Then he asked about my work history, why Keylime/DAC, I was asked what I like about work/ disliked about work. Then I was asked if there were two identical resumes why they should pick mine. He then talked about the benefits, training footprint, and upgrade process. Overall it was about an hour...

It was a pretty easy interview. Just asked some hr questions and the chief pilot asked about a couple systems on a plane a multi engine I had flown. And then had me brief an approach. It was with the recruiter and the chief pilot. They were not trying to trick me. They both were very...

Got the phone interview.  CP and DO.  Normal questions, HR.  Technical had to breif an approach, LDA into Rifle, Co.   Few questions on approach chart.  Lighting, mda, faf.  Week later had sim ride.  A gauge of IFR skills.  NDB appraoch to missed then hold to ILS.  Apa for ILS, not sure ndb.  Not bad.  Very nice people at the company.  No pressure during interview.  Ask current pay rates (low).  Also they do have training...

I was blown away that they called me at all when I got this call. I did not know what to say and ended up calling back to schedule the interview. Then I was cramming. I will be the first to admit that I am a little rusty as I have been working in other industries for the past few years. In any case, I read a lot and got a lot of information regarding Key Lime and their business as well as reading about interviews. I also did the sim time...

Overall a good experience. Seems as though the people at Key Lime are positive and interested in pilots. I didn\'t find out why I didn\'t get the job, but was told via email the following day--pretty nice for such a quick response. So the interview started out a bit behind schedule, but they are pretty busy people. Interviews take place on mondays. The oral portion was 100% HR/personal. Here are most of the questions I remember. Why Key Lime? TMA your flight time from when you first...

  9. 9.

Mainly as above gouges. Also asked about what I look for in a company, how does Key Lime fit with those items. What makes a good leader. Also a couple questions on approach plates such as symbols, obstacles (bold one is the highest obstacle in region), glide slope intercept altitude. They mainly want a pilot with good instrument skills, so the sim check will be the deciding factor. Also, if you do the practice sim, it will be harder than when you do it for the company. The sim check was maybe...

Overall experience was pleasant. The interview was 100% HR. All the questions are posted. Key Lime does require a 15 month training contract valued at $10,000 which is not prorated. They also require $250 for uniforms up front and require you to have a cell phone. The simulator evaluation is not difficult but be ready for a single engine ILS and a partial panel NDB. I paid for the sim prep simply because I hadn't flown in awhile, however, I feel if you are current and been flying on a...
