The whole process was pretty laid back from the beginning of the day. We showed up to the headquarters and were introduced to the hiring team and interviewers first thing in the morning. After introductions, we took a quiz that was around 25 questions or so to assess the experience levels of all the applicants. The assessment was supposedly a "non jeopardy" quiz, and it did seem that was the case. The logbook and flight experience review occurred after the assessment. It was pretty straightforward like any other logbook review. While some people are still waiting for the logbook review, they started calling others in for the technical and HR portions of the interview. The HR portion was...

The interview went exactly how the study guide said it would. You get there, wait in the lobby, you meet and greet everyone and then they take you to the cafeteria for their introductions and you’ll be waiting to get called back. During my interview, there was one pilot and one HR rep and they basically tagged team TMAAT type of questions. Don’t rehearse cookie cutter answers, they want to know who you are and that your personality isn’t way in left field. I had very few... -

All 5 hired that day morning interview. Questions were straight forward.Very friendly and kind, helped out everything necessary. Most questions were HR and not many technical ones. Had LAV mel issue for 3+30 hours and said no for it. would accept a/c if it is an hour or 1+30. asked me about difficult decision that I made and shared experience about holding and decision that I made in the cockpit every time atc gave me for another... -

Interview is as described on this website. I arrived to HQ just before 8am. There were 4 of us interviewing in my session. We greeted the recruitment team in the lobby (consisting of 2 HR and 2 Captains). We were led to cafeteria where they had snacks/coffee/water available to us. The interview order was predetermined and they collected the logbooks and documents of the first candidates to do a logbook review. Since they do this separately be sure to tab out your logbook and bring all... -

Interview scheduled at 8am. I arrived at 7:30am and everyone arrived before 8am so they took us to cafeteria and introduced themselves. There was no presentation or introduction of the company that others have mentioned previously. We took turns to conduct the interview. They took my logbooks and all documents requested in the interview email. My interview was about 1 hour long and there were a Pilot recruitment manager and a Captain. Absolutely no technical questions at all. All questions I... -

The interview was awesome. Very low threat and the panel was very welcoming and inquisitive. A lot of what was your opinion, tell me about a time, and a few scenario questions. The interview lasted about 45 minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Finger printing, drug test, and photos were taken on sight. Lunch was... -

My interview was for the 8AM session in Denver at HQ. I arrived around 7:36AM, and there were only 8 other candidates. Only 1 of us didn’t get an offer. We spent some time getting to know each other in the lobby before being moved to the cafeteria. This is where the hiring panel introduced themselves and emphasized that they wanted to hire us exactly like what others in AviationInterviews stated as well. Before the actual interview, they took our logbooks to review (make sure... -

My interview at Frontier Airlines headquarters in Denver was scheduled for 12 PM. I arrived about 15 minutes early, feeling prepared and excited. There were four of us interviewing that day, and I was the second to arrive. Shortly after, the hiring team—comprised of two pilots and two representatives from HR—greeted us in the lobby. They introduced themselves warmly and outlined what to expect during the interview process. Right away, they told us their goal was to hire all of... -

Be able to tell them "Why Frontier". A lot of TMAAT questions. I was asked what have I done at a previous job to initiate change for the better. I believe this was a left field question. Anyhow review the study guide and don't be too nervous. They want you to be yourself so that they can offer you the job. F9 pilots and HR are extremely down to earth. Overall great... -

My interview was for the 12:30 PM session in Denver. I arrived around 12:20 PM, and there were only four other candidates. We spent some time getting to know each other in the lobby before being moved to the cafeteria. This is where the hiring panel introduced themselves and emphasized that they wanted to hire us. It was a nice moment to ease our nerves. Before the actual interview, they took our logbooks to review and then called us one by one. I was the second to go. The questions were a...
