  • I was in the afternoon group, arrived at 12:25 for a 1 PM interview. Half the group was already there the day moved along really quickly. They brought us into the â??break room â??and there was six interviews total. There were three interview groups that were responsible for two candidates each they first took the three interviews documents back and then ensure after came back to get the three candidates. There was about a 45 minute two hour wait between the second group...

I prepared by studying other airline gouges, thumbed through a book and by using this website. The main takeaway from the Frontier interview was that they really do want to hire you. You just need to show them why. The process was fairly simple. We all met in the lobby and were taken to the waiting area. The interviewers all introduced themselves and were very nice. They then came back and grabbed our logbooks one at a time before they took us back for our session. Have your logbooks tabbed,...

Interview was pretty consistent with other peoples experiences. Showed up at 745am, you hang out in a break room with 12 other applicants. They take your logbooks to review, then they pull you back for your interview. Itâ??s was a pilot and an HR rep conducting my interview. Lasted about 30-45 minutes, was pretty laid back, mostly HR questions. They then leave the interview room for 5-10 minutes, come back and tell you the results. I would recommend wearing a green...

The day went just like previous reports. Stay in one of the hotels across the street. Hotel shuttle will get you from the airport and back. Restaurants are close by. Interview is heavy on TMAAT questions, so take some time beforehand to think of some examples. My interview had no technical questions. The whole process took less than two hours. A few guys wore the green tie, but most of us did not. They said to a expect class dates this summer, but they could call early if they have empty...

Overall, the interview was very welcoming. You walked in 7:30 AM, the interview started at 8 AM. Everybody introduced themselves. They start by taking your documents back, making sure everythingâ??s in order, I got complimented for having everything tagged, I also had in my digital logbook, printed out the check ride itself, highlighted, and green for the ones completed. We get into the interview. They asked me to tell me about myself, why FRONTIER, I was asked very standard HR questions....

Very similar to the other trip reports. It is a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Very welcoming. Once everyone arrived, they brought us to their break room and all the HR and Pilot board members introduced themselves and explained the process. There were 6 candidates, they took the first two candidates Logbooks and paperwork back to review them, then they came back to pick up the candidates 10-20 mins later. They are looking for your character and personality. They then take you to a...

Very relaxed atmosphere. They want to hire you. Brought into a room, with the other Candidates. They took logbooks back, then took the candidate back 1 at a time. Total time for the in person interview was about 20 minutes. Straight forward questions. Don't give canned and prepared responses. They want you to be hired. You are there to see how you would fit with the team. Overall fantastic experience and I'm looking forward to flying with the...

The overall experience was extremely positive and professional. From the start, the interviewers created a welcoming environment and clearly expressed that they were invested in getting to know you as a candidate. It was evident throughout the process that they genuinely wanted to hire the right people and encouraged authenticity rather than rehearsed or scripted responses. The interview focused heavily on behavioral and scenario-based questions. There were several â??tell me about a...

The whole process was very pleasant. Very similar to other descriptions in here. I showed up for a 13:00 interview at around 12:45. I got a nametag and then met the other guys that I interviewed with. All six of us were lead to a break room where we were greeted by sever HR reps and pilots. They made it very clear that they wanted us to be ourselves and not try to impress them. That was key. Show them who you are. They want to know if you will fit into their culture and if you try to be...

It was a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone from the company was very friendly and genuinely tried to put us at ease. Once all candidates arrived, we were brought into a breakroom where introductions were made and the interview process was explained in detail. They emphasized the importance of being authentic and sharing meaningful, personal stories that reflect your character and personality. They made it clear they were not looking for canned or memorized responses. After the...

Great experience. The interview consists of a pilot and HR rep. TMAAT questions that really make you think - not the surface level TMAAT you might be used to. They want you to answer honestly and if the time isnâ??t from an aviation experience that is fine. Make sure you incorporate what you learned or walked away from in each question. They do everything to make you feel relaxed. Follow the study guide on here. As far as the scenarios go, (view the study guide of this website).  That...
