The whole process was pretty laid back from the beginning of the day. We showed up to the headquarters and were introduced to the hiring team and interviewers first thing in the morning. After introductions, we took a quiz that was around 25 questions or so to assess the experience levels of all the applicants. The assessment was supposedly a "non jeopardy" quiz, and it did seem that was the case. The logbook and flight experience review occurred after the assessment. It was pretty straightforward like any other logbook review. While some people are still waiting for the logbook review, they started calling others in for the technical and HR portions of the interview. The HR portion was...

My interview at Frontier Airlines headquarters in Denver was scheduled for 12 PM. I arrived about 15 minutes early, feeling prepared and excited. There were four of us interviewing that day, and I was the second to arrive. Shortly after, the hiring team—comprised of two pilots and two representatives from HR—greeted us in the lobby. They introduced themselves warmly and outlined what to expect during the interview process. Right away, they told us their goal was to hire all of... -

Be able to tell them "Why Frontier". A lot of TMAAT questions. I was asked what have I done at a previous job to initiate change for the better. I believe this was a left field question. Anyhow review the study guide and don't be too nervous. They want you to be yourself so that they can offer you the job. F9 pilots and HR are extremely down to earth. Overall great... -

My interview was for the 12:30 PM session in Denver. I arrived around 12:20 PM, and there were only four other candidates. We spent some time getting to know each other in the lobby before being moved to the cafeteria. This is where the hiring panel introduced themselves and emphasized that they wanted to hire us. It was a nice moment to ease our nerves. Before the actual interview, they took our logbooks to review and then called us one by one. I was the second to go. The questions were a... -

In person interview at the Denver HQ. My interview was scheduled for 1230. About 6 of us hung out in the lobby until they moved us to the break room area. We were introduced to the hiring team and then waited there as they reviewed our logbooks. After they reviewed the logbook they called us back for the 3 person HR panel interview (a Base Chief, FO, and HR person). It was a very laid back environment. Tell me about yourself, and other HR type questions, (view the study guide of this... -

I was scheduled for the morning interview session. There was 8 of us and we were brought to the cafeteria to wait for the interview team. They greeted us and asked to take out our logbooks and resumes for review. They came back and one by one we were called as 3 interviews were going on at the same time. During my specific interview session it was me and one HR person and 1 Frontier captain. I was asked about myself and leadership styles. Then I was asked about some “tell me about a... -

I interviewed in Denver at HQ. The interview is different now as described in the most recent experiences. There is no longer a written test or situation based evaluation. It is a 3 person panel interview with 2 pilots and 1 HR rep. They are extremely friendly and just want to get to know you. Have some stories ready using the study guide here. If you are successful you will do a drug test, fingerprinting and badge photo at the end of the day. It sounds like they are planning to hire 40 a... -

This was in Den and the Frontier HQ building. Showed up at 8am and got out at 145pm. Once they bring you in, they will all introduce themselves, very friendly people, then they will begin by bringing you back into a room with at least one HR rep and 1 pilot. This process takes some time. They asked me scenario based questions and TMAAT questions. There was no test or technical sim. There were 9 of us and I believe they finished up about noonish. After that, they called out the people who... -

Interview started at 12:30pm at Frontier's DEN HQ. We were a group of six, all with jet time. After getting to know each other in the lobby for a little while, they brought us back to the cafeteria area and introduced themselves. Everyone was very friendly. There was food and coffee left over from the morning group but there wasn't really time to partake of it. There was no presentation about the company, nor did we have to do a Technical or Scenario Based Interview. We were called back one... -

You will make it! The whole interview process was super chill and relaxed—honestly, nothing to stress about. The day kicked off with a 7:30 AM meet-up at the entrance of the headquarters. We checked in, got registered, and started chatting with the other candidates and staff. After that, they took us to the cafeteria, where we hung out until almost noon. The actual interview was with HR and a captain. No technical grilling—just some situational “what would you do”...
