They definitely make you feel at ease. Normal HR questions.  Then it went to review of flight hours. Have your hours ready when they ask for them. Next was the rundown of the resume. Feb 10, 2025 When I first applied, I received an email with an invite to submit a video interview. It was 3 separate questions that you submit a video response per question. You get 2 chances to submit a response, otherwise you skip the question. After I submitted my video interview, about four days later I got an email to be invited to a group interview. What would you do if a flight attendant attempted to repair a bin latch and they wrote it in the logbook? Line out the page and rewrite it or have mx write it up. The interview process was very conversational while adding in technical and scenario based questions. Asking me a lot about myself while also analyzing my critical thinking skills.
