  1. How did you get into aviation?
    My father said I had my head towards the heavens everysince I was 2 when a Mash styled B47 flew overhead when I was on my way to daycare.
    i had a very close relationship whit my grandfather who was a pilot.
    Gave a brief rundown of how I got started and quick history of my training and career.

    Just a quick overview of how you got there.
  3. Why do you want to work for Sun Country?
    Pretty obvious one. Why did you apply? For me it was the perspective of making MSP my permanent home base.
  4. What do you like about your current employer?
    I found it difficult to have any bad things to say about my current employer, but I didn’t see that job as one I would stay at long term. I see myself staying at this one long range.
  5. What do you dislike about your current employer?
    Talk about reasons you would like to leave your employer for the opportunity at Sun Country.
  6. Where do I see myself in 5 years?
    Capt at this airline or if not, then enjoying my time as an FO.
  7. Where do I see myself in 10 years?
    Captain at this airline. I also tied in some family related goals but steered clear of financial ones.
  8. Have you had any any accidents, incidents, violations?
    No, fortunately not. I think they just want to hear that if you have, that you learned from it.
  9. Have you had any failed checkrides?
    They just want you to be open and fess up not harp on you for your mistakes.
  10. Would you be interested in being a check airman again in the future?
    Of course! Always looking to grow and help the airline be a part of things in different ways.
