  1. What is your greatest weakness?
  2. What is your greatest strength?
I'm very goal oriented, I work with a problem, task until completed.
  3. Tell about a time you had a boss you didn't get along with, or other employees you didn't get along with and how you fixed it?
I tried not to take the problem personally. Talked with the individual about my concerns.
  4. What is the most difficult flight I've ever had?
Recently I had to do an precautionary engine shutdown in the DA-20 Falcon I was flying. It was the number 1 engine which meant we had to do a lengthy emergency checklist which required an alternate emergency gear extension which is very rarely performed even in the simulator because it requires going into a hellhole to manually release the main gear uplocks. We followed the checklist while coordinating with the tower. Had an uneventful landing.
  5. What is your leadership style like?
I try to set a good example by following company procedures and being a good mentor to my FO.
  6. How well do you get along with people?
I get along well with other people. I try to follow the golden rule of treating others as I would like to be treated.
  7. May be lots of downtime, sitting at the hotel, what would you plan to do during this time?
This is how my current job is now. I enjoy reading and doing exercise.
  8. Do you mind getting your hands dirty, (helping work on the planes).?
    Yes
  9. Tell me about the pitot static system?
  10. What would happen to the airspeed indicator if we encountered icing that blocked the pitot tube?
  11. Best way to study.
