2. It was one of the best experience in my life! First day interview has got 4 parts 1. Documents check 2. ATPL Exam 3. Technical Interview 4. Psychologist Interview. ATPL got 50 questions and you may prepare from the file provided by one of the users. Should be enough for that. For Technical Interview, it’s based on scenario you have received. - The only leadership position I've taken was back in school when I was matriculating, I was the leader of the classmates and my role was to ensure that the behavior and pass mark where improved from time to time
- 2. (Nov 02, 2024) Tell us about a time where you had to correct you colleague regarding SOPs and how did you do this?
- Airbus has recently made significant changes to cockpit preparation SOPs and take-off and approach briefings. The first officer started to do the briefing according to the old procedure, I proposed that we do a review of the FCOM and carry out the briefing in Read and Do.
- 3. Tell us about a time in your life when you had to resolve a conflict between two or more people. How did you do it?
- I had to occupy several management positions, and very often problems between colleagues rise. I very often make use of my communication skills and active listening to solve problems. Inviting all concerned people and hearing from each other is the best way to solve problems.

- Wanted a new challenge.

- It's been everything but a dull moment. It's been a rocky road all the way, but if I had to choose it against other choices again I'll probably do it all over again.
- Military trained, then worked for the flag carrier for 16 years. Joining the expat community in China and hoping to end my career in Doha!
