Interview Experiences From PlaneSense Pilot Interviews :

  1. 1.  (Sep 09, 2025) Interview was straightforward and a great experience. First step is the technical portion and consisted of IFR and VFR knowledge. I was sent multiple Jeppesen plates prior to the interview to study (Know all the symbols since you could be asked about any of them randomly). We went over a VOR approach and a SID. Questions are straightforward but know how to brief these types of plates too and be sure to carefully read the notes section. The VFR questions were straightforward as well. Was... 2. 2.  (Jul 30, 2025) The interview was conducted via Teams @ 0900. The interviewer was very professional but personable I wore a suit. The whole thing took about 30-40 minutes.
