    • Keep your head up, no single engine taxi, brief and run check lists before taxi.

    • I sat next to an Omni CA on my last flight and sold me on it.

    • I had the AC tell me I was no longer allowed to talk on the radio; We talked about it on the ground and he apologized but it shut me down for the remainder of the flight. I made a note never to do that when I became PIC. CRM demands collaboration, you have to create that environment.
