There are three parts including a management panel, pilot panel, and a CRM exercise. The management panel will ask you about your previous experience as well why you want to be at Hawaiian. Lots general HR questions such as “how have you dealt with conflict”. Pilot panel asks more questions in... Continue reading this interview experience..

2. This was my second time interviewing here. It was a very relaxed experience. I was in the 11am group. It started with us meeting the 8am group for lunch. Then the four of us went into the conference room to wait. My first panel was the management interview. The system chief and asst system chief were there. The assistant chief reviewed my logs and certificates. The system chief remembered me from the previous interview a year earlier. They asked me a few basic questions and we talked a bit... Once I finished all of my ratings, due to personal reasons, I decided the career was not for me, so I went a different direction. But I longed for the skies during that time. 8 years later, I went back to finish everything else and the rest is history.
