2. There were several stages and u have to wait for a call back after each one before getting on to the next one. Stage 1 was the usual uploading of documents, answering some basic questions and giving your hours. Stage 2 was some short online tests. Things like math and English, multi tasking, spatial reasoning (selecting where a plane is based on HSI indications), and flying a target through an obstacle field. - My desire to succeed, my passion for aviation, my experience and professionalism as a pilot as well as my best attitude as a person.
- 2. What will you do if you are not successful?
- Spend a few minutes to lick my wounds n then walk off with my head held high. Also hoping i do better next time and live up to the expectations of the institution
- I will continue to work harder and I will not allow to break this me
- I'm preparing myself very consciously, believing that times in God are perfect, if this is my time, i'll succeed. If not, I'll work harder to be ready for next chance.
- 3. What do you know about Islam?
- Islam is a monotheistic religion that stems from the same base as Christianity. It is the most prevalent religion in the world and is based on five pillars.
- 4. How does your family feel about moving to UAE?
- I already live in Dubai with my family so there will be very little change.
- It's a challenging process but my wife is excited to join me in this change of life, also I hope to give my son opportunities to grew up in a different but amazing place.
- 5. How will your life change living in UAE?
- The life style, culture and the way to face life will be all new for me ad my family but it's part of pilots career to be wherever he can do what he likes more!! to be flying
- 6. Why did you start flying?
- I gess it is genetic in my case my grandfather was a very well known Air Force Pilot, he died with a General rank, and in some way i think that is why i'm an aviation passionate.
- 7. What do you know about FlyDubai?
- It is a youg company oriented to low cost operations with only Boeing 737 NG and Max aircraft, that leads it to a short to medium range haul flights, also is growing up very fast despite the pandemic efect during past year.
- 8. How do you manage your crew and describe how you are a leader to them.
- First of all, opening communication channels with all of them, ice braking introducing myself then request the same to other flight crew, establishing the way to develop all the journey, assigning tasks and requesting feed back from time to time. leadership begins with example, discipline and task distribution.
- 9. Describe the routine of a normal day during your last flight assignment.
- 10. Tell me about a time when you and your crew were working well together.
- During pandemic, we were flying only cargo flight around Africa and midle east, some times we needed to cordinate very well the flight legs because we did with 2 captains and 2 first oficers, almost 24 hours of flight service and more than 14 hours of flight
