1. (Oct 25, 2024) I went to the job fair that was held earlier this month and applied for the ADA Captain position. Upon arriving I was checked in and told that there would be a small wait as there were other pilots interviewing ahead of me. All the Dynamic employees were extremely friendly and helpful. 2. The interview is 2-part. Part 1 is a "simulator" assessment using a PC-ATD, (view the sim/scenario section in the study guide of this website). Part 2 was a face to face with the HR manager and a hiring manager. The Site Manager was a part of the interview as well via Teams. Then questions. - 3. What would you do if you were coming into land and the SIC wouldn't put on his seatbelt?

- I try to set a good example by following company procedures and being a good mentor to my FO.

What types of things will be asked in a Simulator or Scenario exercise?

(Nov 03, 2024) Its a desktop PC ATD the plane type if an A36 single pilot , very simple and basic. The sim is evaluating instrument scanning abilities as well as being able to navigate without gps, in a non radar environment using only NDB, VORs, DME and ILS. Part 1 is a "simulator" assessment using a PC-ATD. They have a number of point A - to - point B scenarios flying old-school VOR to VOR (you do not have GPS) then fly an instrument approach to a landing / missed approach. They use a quantitative measurement to score the flight. This is a "pass/fail" system. If you pass, you move onto the Hiring Team interview; if you fail, you go home.
