1. (Nov 21, 2024) Fly myself in the night before. Interview was at their location in Overland Park. There were 5 of us interviewing. 3 SICS, myself and one other PIC. The three Sics were young. No atp. They had us gather in a conference room with the chief pilot, assistant chief pilot and the HR women. The assistant chief gave the company presentation on the power point. We were then put into a small holding room. All five of us were in this room alone with a written test. It had multiple choice questions.... Continue reading this interview experience..

2. (Nov 21, 2024) All very chill. I was nervous going in but my group of 4 other pilots were all chatty. You meet in the lobby where they take you upstairs for a short tour. Where they get ready to bring you in for a presentation. Ask all the questions you have. Then they bring you back to the original room where you have a 15 question test. - 2. (Mar 21, 2025) Tell me about a time something didn't go as planned?
- 3. (Mar 21, 2025) How do you go above and beyond for your customers?
- 4. (Mar 21, 2025) Why Airshare?
- AirShare is able to provide excellent career opportunities, while being personal enough to make every pilot feel a part of the family. They offer great benefits. In 23 years of operation, there hasn’t been a pilot laid off. Every employee I have talked to speaks very highly of and sincerely recommends Airshare.
- Great corporate reputation with strong recent growth. Learned about Airshare last summer while researching fractional jet companies, they are considering air service primarily for corporate use with some personal. I was intrigued by the 20% discount for same day return to originating airport; love the alignment with my most recent experience in corporate aviation.
- 5. (Feb 25, 2025) Tell me about a time that you had to deal with a conflict with another crew member.
- The pilot I was flying with trended the conversation towards politics. There were no significant disagreements between the two of us, but he allowed himself to get worked up to the point of missing radio calls; I was the flying-pilot on this leg. After the second missed call, I stated we would need to table the conversation until dinner. All ended well.
