As a 60 year old starting a second career, and not having interviewed for a job since 1981 what I learned from Aviation Interviews made all the difference in knowing what to expect during the process. I interviewed with ExpressJet. Aviation interviews made it so there were no surprises. The interview was the easiest I ever had and I was offered a FO position.

Questions asked were spot on, every qeneral type question was asked. Interview probably took 20 minutes. Fast.

Great site. Provides the information you need to perform well at your interview. Not only that, but reading about others' interview experiences reduces your anxiety, avoiding the possibility of "surprises" at interview time.

This site is great for preparing for interviews. The information is valuable in helping one to visualize what to expect, including like "gotchas" like unexpected paperwork or flight hours calculations that aren't told to you in the company paperwork. I recommend this site 100% as it represents a fantastic value in preparing for a life changing interview.
