FREE Day Jet Pilot Interview Information and Gouge

Interview experience:

I completed the on line app and was scheduled for an interview 3 days later. They are having a hard time finding pilots from what I have been told. The interview started with an over view of the company.  Don gave the presentaion and to his credit was up front with the problems the company is having. The Eclispe has the Avrio package which most of it does not work. The GPS & FMS  doesn't work. The plane is not certified for known ice due to problems and the weather radar doesn't work. A line pilot said they give them  battery powered (no plug) Garmin hand held 496 for weather. He also said it's basically a VFR jet due to all the probelms. I almost decided to leave then and not do the inteview portion but I stayed.. The interview was some HR stuff looked at the log book, tell us if you ever declared an emergency nothing hard.  Pay is 40,000 a year FO and Captain is 50,000. They have no pay scale set for the second year.
