Interview experience: Arrived for interview and Susan Bell walked me into the conference room. After checking paperwork I was given a 30 question test. I was very well prepared and the test was a breeze. I don\'t think that I missed one question. The tech interview was heavy in the flight engineer and related area, Champion is hiring into the F/E seat and wants A&P type of people. The interviewer explained they are trying to hire 2nd officers who can move-up to right seat. The interview went well and a few days later a E-MAIL came through asking for additional paperwork. I quickly assembled the paperwork and sent it in, I was told later this quick reply made a big impression on the HR people. I was given the call four days after the interview with the good news. Another thing- I sent thank-you letters to the interviewer\'s and heard that very few people send these so it made my interview stand out from the others.
